Pallas Health
Names its six dispensing pharmacies and two prescribing physicians' NPI numbers — disclosure almost nobody in this category offers — and then sells the whole thing on a single 12-week prepay whose advertised "$199/mo average" is that prepay divided by three, with no monthly rung to pick instead.
Why it's a deal
- Names all six dispensing pharmacies in public — Belmar, Strive, Epiq Scripts, Casa Pharma Rx, The Pharmacy Hub and Foothills — with the 503A and 503B distinction explained, where almost everything else on this board names none
- Names two prescribing physicians with their NPI numbers and links to the federal NPPES registry so you can check them yourself: Dr. Ana Lisa Carr, MD (family medicine, NPI-verified, licensed in 15 states) and Dr. Kelly Tenbrink, MD (emergency medicine, NPI-verified, Tennessee and Florida). Pallas additionally claims obesity and addiction medicine board certifications for Dr. Carr, which the registry does not carry either way
- The advertised price is the checkout price. The homepage FAQ, the landing pages, the treatment pages and the live funnel all state the same four figures, and no different number appears at the medication-select screen — the badge-versus-checkout gap this site keeps finding elsewhere is absent here
- Both compounded molecules plus a real brand-name route on the same desk: Zepbound at $1,069/mo, Ozempic $1,299, Wegovy $1,349 and Mounjaro $1,349, cash-pay and billed monthly rather than quarterly
- Publishes its coverage precisely instead of as a blanket promise — all 50 states and D.C., fully asynchronous in 43, with the eight jurisdictions needing a video visit named one by one, and a shipping-state check built into the checkout
- Leaving is self-serve and free: a cancellation portal, a pre-renewal email reminder, no minimum term, at least 30 days' notice before any price change, and a full refund if a clinician declines you. LegitScript Healthcare Merchant Certified (seal 49989444, which resolves while invented control IDs do not), and clean against FDA's live warning-letter database under its own name, its domain and its operator Brentmoor, Inc.
The fine print
- ⚠ There is no month-to-month rung and no term selector at all. Semaglutide is $139 for the first four weeks and then $597 billed every 12 weeks — the second charge is the full $597, in one payment, four weeks after the first — and tirzepatide is $179 then $897. The advertised "$199/mo average" is that 12-week prepay divided by three, not a price anyone is billed
- Twelve weeks is not three months. On Pallas's own published renewal terms the charge recurs every 84 days, which is 4.35 times a year rather than four, so semaglutide's first year is $2,527 ($210.58/mo) and the steady state is about $2,596 a year (~$216/mo) against $199 advertised; tirzepatide runs $3,767 then about $3,900 (~$325/mo) against $299. The advertised average understates the ongoing rate by roughly 8.7%
- The $139 and $179 headline numbers are intro rates, and the sitewide "Up to $120 off your first month" banner is a discount rather than a price
- One of the six named pharmacies, Belmar, received an FDA warning letter issued 31 March 2023 (posted 18 April 2023), addressed to "Belmar Pharma Solutions, Drug Depot, LLC., dba APS Pharmacy", over compounding practices — and FDA closed that letter out on 30 October 2023. Pallas itself carries no FDA warning letter under its own name, its domain or its operating company
- Only two clinicians are named across the whole site, and the footer's "Provider directory" link resolves to a section naming the same two. The actual prescribing network — Lion MD's affiliated professional corporations — is not published
- Money terms worth reading before you pay: $5 is deducted from each refunded payment for purchases made on or after 14 July 2026 (never on clinician-declined or unfulfilled orders, which refund in full), and the $60 visit deposit can be retained if you neither attend nor reschedule the required video visit in the eight jurisdictions that need one
- Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not FDA-approved and are not generic equivalents, which Pallas does disclose properly. Cash-pay only, with no insurance accepted ever, so the brand-name route at $1,069–$1,349/mo is far above what an insured patient pays
- Several things a buyer would want are simply not published: whether baseline or follow-up lab work is included or charged extra, and whether the price rises with dose (there is no pre-purchase dose selector). The footer states that some site content is AI-generated with no warranty of accuracy, the advertised "4.8" rating carries no published source, and the before-and-after "Verified Customer" stories carry Pallas's own caveat that the individuals shown may be actors or models
