Why it's a deal
- A flat $179/mo standing rate stated in System Labs' own FAQ — "billed at a flat $179/mo with no hidden fees" — with free 2-day temperature-controlled shipping included
- One price at every dose. The buy box reads "Monthly Supply (All doses)", so titrating up does not raise the bill
- No prepay ladder to be caught out by: there is no 3-, 6- or 12-month tier, so the advertised rate is a rate rather than an annual plan divided by twelve — the single most common trap on this board is simply absent here
- The $99 first month is labelled as one. The page prints "/first mo." beside it and the site's own commerce data tags it as an intro rate, which is more disclosure than most of this category gives an introductory price
- Names three clinicians with their credentials and training — Dr. Marc Gruner (sports medicine, trained at Mayo Clinic), Dr. Jonathan Hinds (board-certified emergency medicine, trained at Rutgers) and Dr. Gregory Tennant (fellowship-trained orthopedic trauma surgeon, trained at Vanderbilt) — and publishes its legal entity, System Laboratories, Inc.
- No membership fee and no per-visit fees, and you can pause or cancel from the dashboard at any time; injection supplies are included and the intake takes about two minutes before a licensed provider reviews it
- Carries its own bolded FDA disclosure stating that the compounded medication is not FDA-approved, rather than leaving a reader to work that out
The fine print
- There is no semaglutide option at all — the program is tirzepatide-based (a GLP-1/GIP dual agonist), so if semaglutide is what you want or what you tolerate, this desk cannot sell it to you
- The first month is $99 and every month after it is $179. The step-up is disclosed, but it is still an 81% increase between month one and month two, and it is the number to budget from
- States served are not published anywhere. One of the named clinicians is licensed in all 50 states, which is a fact about that clinician and not a coverage claim — check your own state before you start
- The dispensing pharmacy is not named. The site says only "a certified U.S. pharmacy", so there is no 503A/503B distinction and no name to look up, which several programs on this board do provide
- Injection only, and compounded only — no oral or sublingual route, and no FDA-approved brand-name lane. Compounded tirzepatide is not a generic equivalent of Zepbound or Mounjaro
- The testimonials are first-name-plus-age and unverifiable, and several of them praise the NAD+ and glutathione products rather than the GLP-1 program, so they are no evidence of anything about this offering
- No independent review record we could find, and no published detail on whether lab work is included or billed separately
