The verdict

Better value: CoreAge Rx

CoreAge Rx takes it on Value Score, 93 to 70 an est. $99/mo first month, with no teaser step-up baked in. AHBARx isn't out of it: Shoppers who want the monthly figure visible before they hand over a health history, and who will read the renewal price carefully once the welcome discount runs out.

CoreAge Rx is also our overall #1 pick across the whole deals ranking — a flat, all-in price on both molecules in all 50 states. That's why it wins here on the score, not just this matchup.

CoreAge Rx

The honest lowest price: both molecules at one flat, all-in monthly rate that never steps up after month one.

Why it's a deal

  • Flat, all-in monthly price with no intro-rate step-ups after month one
  • Both compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide on one account
  • Available in all 50 states
  • Straightforward, low-friction cancellation — no lock-in

The fine print

  • Not the rock-bottom sticker — a couple of teaser tiers advertise lower month-one rates
  • No FDA-approved brand-name option (compounded only)
  • Does not yet publicly name its 503A/B pharmacy partner

AHBARx

Semaglutide at $249 and tirzepatide at $349 a month, both published openly before any intake with the consultation and shipping folded in — sold against a struck-through anchor that never expires and terms that require a membership the checkout never charges for.

Why it's a deal

  • Both monthly rates are printed on the product pages with no account, no quiz and no intake — the semaglutide page reads "1-month supply $249 Delivered monthly" and the tirzepatide page $349, so a shopper can compare before giving up anything
  • The consultation and the shipping are inside the figure rather than added at the end: the checkout itemizes "Provider consultation $50 Included" and "Discreet shipping $25 Included", which is $75 of costs other sellers bill separately
  • Prepay tiers are published with their real totals rather than as per-month arithmetic — $649 for three months and $1,199 for six on semaglutide, $949 and $1,799 on tirzepatide — so the commitment can be checked against the monthly rate
  • A compounding partner is named, AnazaoHealth, which is more than most desks at this price publish, and the founder is named with credentials on the about page
  • Cancellation is in the account under "My Subscriptions", by the help center or by phone, with a published number answered under the brand's own name

The fine print

  • Every price is struck through from a higher figure that is always there. A permanent anchor is a presentation choice, not a discount, and it makes $249 look like a saving against a number nobody is charged
  • A 35 percent welcome code is applied at signup and the site never states what the second month costs. That is the single most important number for a monthly medication and it is the one that is missing
  • The terms require a "Weight Loss Membership on an automatically renewing monthly subscription basis" and say the drug is billed separately from it. The about page says there are no membership fees and the checkout shows one line. Three documents, three answers, and a reader cannot tell which one bills
  • The terms of service and the privacy policy were published without being filled in: the pharmacy list still reads "[list of Pharmacies]", the support line "[phone number]", and the site's own web address "[www.ahbarx.com]" — so the pharmacy disclosure a reader would rely on does not exist yet
  • AnazaoHealth Corporation, the compounding partner the help center names, was issued an FDA warning letter on August 18, 2021 (7465 W. Sunset Road, Suite 1200, Las Vegas, NV). The letter was addressed to that pharmacy, not to AHBARx, and it is recorded here because it names the company that may prepare the medication: fda.gov publishes it in its warning-letter database
  • The footer says all 50 states; the privacy policy says the service "may only be used within certain states" and points at terms that list none; the help center says treatments "may depend on your location". No list exists anywhere
