Needle-free ranking · sorted by price · updated September 2026

The cheapest GLP-1 pill and oral routes, by price.

130 of the 418 cash-pay programs we track offer a tablet, capsule, troche or sublingual route instead of a weekly injection. Here they are, cheapest published program price first — with a straight answer about which of those prices is actually the oral one.

Needle-free, cheapest first

130 oral programs · 15 flat · 111 to watch

Sorted by lowest disclosed program price, ascending — not by our score, and not with partners floated up. For most programs that figure is the injectable line, because most do not publish the oral route separately; where a program does publish it, the note on the row says so.

$97/mo intro (4 doses, compounded); list price $197/mo. The $97 on Ivy Rx's own product page is an introductory figure shown struck through against a $197 list price, and it buys four doses — one month at weekly dosing. Budget against $197, not $97, unless the site tells you in writing how long the intro rate holds.

$99/mo injectable. Some of the lowest published prices we track — microdosed semaglutide from $49/mo and tirzepatide from $99/mo — but only on 6–12 month plans; month-to-month short plans start at $145/$199/$399 the first month, so budget for the commitment, not the headline.

The site also promises a plan that "will never increase" while publishing a $99-$279 first-month range on the same page, so confirm which figure your dose lands on before you start.

$129/mo billed monthly (standard injectable; three months of medication ship at once and the payment obligation covers the whole protocol). The prices are cheap, published before any intake, and genuinely flat — the product pages say "Same Flat Price. No Matter the Dose." and the checkout confirms $129.00 every month with free shipping before a single field is filled in. What the marketing does not put beside them is the shape of the commitment. The terms say two or three months of medication ship in a single delivery while payment is collected in monthly installments, and that the payment obligation covers the entire protocol dispensed — and that opting out requires fifteen days' notice before the next cycle begins. So "cancel at any time", which the questions promise, means something narrower than it sounds: the month is cancellable, the protocol you have already been shipped is not.

$169 every 4 weeks (thirteen charges a year). The gap between the marketing site and the store it sells through is the whole story. Tirzepatide is advertised at "starting at $169/mo" and costs $339 for four weeks in the store and on the intake — twice the advertised figure, live on the same brand on the same day. Oral tablets are advertised at $249 and sell at $279. The low-dose line is advertised from $96 and every low-dose product sells at $179. And "/mo" on the marketing site is "per 4 week" in the store, which is thirteen charges a year rather than twelve. A third price list on the brand's peptide sub-site disagrees with both again. Semaglutide is the one figure that matches at $169, and it is billed every twenty-eight days.

Value Scores are our own and are printed unmodified — no program can buy a higher number. Order on this page is pure ascending price. Prices are each program's public disclosures at last check — confirm before you buy.

What you are actually buying when a program says “oral”

“GLP-1 pill” covers three different things here, and they are not priced alike. Some desks compound an oral tablet or capsule. Some use a sublingual troche or drop that dissolves under the tongue rather than being swallowed. And a few route you to an FDA-approved brand-name product instead of a compounded one — 55 of the 130 programs here offer that lane. Compounded oral and sublingual GLP-1 is not FDA-approved and is not reviewed for safety, effectiveness or quality, which matters more here than on the injectable side because oral absorption is the harder problem.

Why the cheapest oral program is rarely the cheapest oral price

Embody tops this site at From $79/mo (all doses, promotional rate, compounded), but that is the lowest price the program publishes across everything it sells — and for most desks the advertised floor is the weekly injection, not the tablet. Where a program does put a number on the oral route, we quote it in the note under the row. Everywhere else, treat the ranking price as a shortlist signal and get the oral quote from the provider's own checkout before you commit.

The other half of the answer is whether the number holds. Bayan Health at $129/mo billed monthly (standard injectable; three months of medication ship at once and the payment obligation covers the whole protocol) is the cheapest program here we have flagged flat, meaning the month-one rate is the month-twelve rate. 111 of the 126 priced programs carry a structure to check first — see how the pattern works in our guide to the teaser-rate trap.

Which ranking is for you

Oral GLP-1, answered

What is the cheapest GLP-1 pill?
Of the 130 programs we track that offer an oral or sublingual route, Embody publishes the lowest program price at From $79/mo (all doses, promotional rate, compounded). Read that carefully: it is the lowest price the program discloses, which for most programs is the injectable line. Only a handful publish a separate oral figure, and we quote it on the row when they do.
Is there a real GLP-1 pill, or is it all sublingual?
Both exist here. Some programs dispense a compounded oral tablet or capsule; others use a sublingual troche or drop that dissolves under the tongue. Separately, 55 of these programs also route to an FDA-approved brand-name product. Compounded oral and sublingual GLP-1 is not FDA-approved and is not reviewed for safety, effectiveness or quality.
Is an oral GLP-1 cheaper than the injection?
Sometimes, and it is program-specific. Several desks position the oral or sublingual route as their lower-cost entry tier; others charge more for it than the weekly shot. Because most programs do not publish the two lines separately, the only reliable move is to price the oral route on the provider's own checkout before you commit.
Which oral GLP-1 price actually holds?
Bayan Health at $129/mo billed monthly (standard injectable; three months of medication ship at once and the payment obligation covers the whole protocol) is the cheapest program here whose pricing we have flagged as flat — the month-one rate is the month-twelve rate. Of the 126 priced programs here, 15 carry that flat flag and 111 carry a structure worth checking first.
