The verdict

Better value: Strut Health

Strut Health takes it on Value Score, 85 to 84 — an est. From $99/mo (oral semaglutide lozenge, auto-refill; overview also lists $199) first month, though we flag its pricing to watch. Strut Health

Strut offers semaglutide injections at $129 a month and tirzepatide injections from $149 on auto-refill. Its needle-free options broaden the menu, but conflicting semaglutide lozenge prices need confirmation before purchase.

What's good

  • Strut includes physician visits, follow-up care and shipping on the GLP-1 product pages. A low medication figure is more useful when these services are included, although the product disclaimer still says final pricing follows consultation and prescription approval.
  • Strut provides weekly injections and daily oral compounded options for both molecules. The semaglutide lozenge dissolves between cheek and gum. That is a distinct route to discuss with the prescriber, rather than assuming every product described as oral is taken the same way.
  • Strut’s account lets you change order frequency or cancel, pause and delay a subscription. Those controls are valuable if a clinician changes your treatment plan or you already have enough medication; check the processing deadline before assuming a change will stop the next order.
  • Strut says direct physician messaging is available through the account and phone or video communication can be arranged through customer service. An initial prescription may be handled asynchronously in some states, but that does not mean you are limited to a questionnaire for all follow-up care.
  • Strut publishes a clear replacement route for damaged or defective items: contact it within two weeks of delivery. This is separate from changing your mind about treatment, and the distinction helps set realistic expectations about what support can resolve after shipment.

The fine print

  • Strut’s lowest displayed figures require auto-refill. Its advertised savings percentages describe discounts from a different purchase option; they do not mean a one-off order costs exactly that same percentage more. Request the actual one-time total if you do not want a subscription.
  • The $99 versus $199 semaglutide lozenge discrepancy is unresolved across Strut’s public pages. I would save the written quote for the specific formulation and supply before paying. A cheaper advertised oral route should not decide which treatment is appropriate for you.
  • Strut requires 48 hours’ cancellation notice before processing. Its refund policy rules out refunds after the pharmacy has processed the order, even if delivery has not happened yet. Canceling future refills does not reverse an order already in progress.
  • Strut is a cash-pay service and says it does not complete insurance prior authorizations or medical-necessity forms for reimbursement. It can supply prescription information and receipts, but an HSA or FSA card may still be rejected by the card issuer.
  • Strut’s FAQ excludes Arkansas and cautions that individual medications may have further state restrictions. Confirm the route as well as your state. Its compounded products are not FDA-approved, and the FDA issued Strut Health a warning letter in February 2026, disclosed separately on this review.

Trimi Health

Trimi Health charges $175 a month for compounded semaglutide and $235 for tirzepatide month to month, down to $99 and $125 if you pay for a year up front, at the same price for every dose.

What's good

  • Trimi prints all four billing terms side by side: month to month, quarterly, six months and a year, with the full charge next to each monthly figure.
  • Paid up front for a year, Trimi works out to $99 a month for semaglutide and $125 for tirzepatide, and the annual plan does not renew on its own.
  • The price is the same at every dose, so moving up the dose schedule does not raise your Trimi bill.
  • Trimi names its dispensing pharmacies, BelieveRx (with its Texas pharmacy license number) and GreenwichRx, and its clinician network, Arora Health.
  • Trimi's plan price includes the medication if prescribed, provider consultations, portal messaging with the care team and free overnight shipping once compounded.
  • The Trimi intake takes about 5 to 10 minutes online, and Trimi says signup to delivery usually takes two to four days.
  • Trimi says the Arora Health network it uses operates in all 50 states, and it publishes a conditional six-month money-back policy.
  • Trimi's FAQ is plain about limits: a prescription is not assured, delivery times are estimates, and brand-drug trial results do not predict results with its compounded medicine.
  • Trimi ships vials and tells you to confirm the dose with the pharmacist, since milligrams and syringe units measure different things. That matters if you have never drawn from a vial.
  • Trimi patients message providers and the care team in the portal, and its contact page lists phone and email support as well.

The fine print

  • Trimi's headline $99 and $125 are annual-plan figures billed $1,188 or $1,500 at once; month to month it is $175 for semaglutide and $235 for tirzepatide.
  • Turning off renewal at Trimi does not cancel or refund a prepaid term, so you are committed for the full three, six or twelve months you buy.
  • Trimi's quarterly and monthly plans renew automatically until you contact the care team and get a confirmation.
  • Trimi is cash pay only. It does not bill insurance, and HSA or FSA eligibility is up to your plan administrator.
  • On a long Trimi plan the medication does not necessarily ship all at once, so ask the care team how deliveries are spaced.
  • Trimi sells compounded injections only: no FDA-approved brand-name drug and no oral route, and compounded medication is not FDA-approved.
  • Trimi is a newer brand without LegitScript certification, so check the pharmacy licenses yourself before buying on price.
