TrumpRx GLP-1 Prices: Wegovy, Zepbound and Foundayo

TrumpRx connects you with prescription-drug offers; it does not dispense your GLP-1 or replace a prescription. The Wegovy pill offer starts at $149, while Zepbound KwikPen starts at $299 and Foundayo starts at $149. Those starting prices do not describe every dose or future refill. The manufacturer pages publish the same underlying self-pay offers, so compare the ongoing cost and eligibility rather than assuming TrumpRx adds an extra discount¹²³⁴⁵⁶.

The White House announced the site's launch on February 5, 2026⁷. This guide uses live product and manufacturer pages read on October 14, 2026. Earlier announcements about average prices or future reductions are not a substitute for the dose-specific offer available now.

Current GLP-1 cash prices

Drug prices only; eligibility, taxes, supplies and separate care fees may affect your total. NovoCare supplies the Wegovy figures⁴. LillyDirect supplies the Zepbound and Foundayo figures⁵⁶. Each offer has its own terms.

What TrumpRx actually does

Wegovy pill: the product page provides a pharmacy coupon after acceptance of its terms. It says the coupon is widely supported at retail pharmacies dispensing the pill¹. Call your pharmacy to confirm it can fill your exact prescription and process the offer.

Zepbound KwikPen and Foundayo: their pages send patients to LillyDirect for eligibility, savings and delivery or retail-pharmacy options²³. Going directly to LillyDirect lets you review the same dose ladder. A redirect does not guarantee approval for treatment or that every pharmacy has stock.

TrumpRx's percentage-off claims compare with a reference price. They do not tell you whether its cash offer beats your insurance copay, a manufacturer subscription or another eligible route. Both Lilly listings explicitly tell insured visitors to check their copay first²³.

The price conditions most likely to change your bill

Wegovy pen: the $199 introduction applies to new patients using the savings offer or NovoCare Pharmacy for two fills of 0.25 or 0.5 mg through December 31, 2026. Standard doses then cost $349 per four-pen box under the current offer. The HD 7.2 mg price is $399⁴.

Zepbound: the $449 price for 7.5 mg and higher requires subsequent refill purchases within 45 days of the previous delivery or receipt. Outside that window, the posted regular prices are $499 at 7.5 mg and $699 at 10, 12.5 or 15 mg. A KwikPen month is 28 days, and pen needles cost extra⁵. For format choices, see KwikPen vs vials.

Foundayo: the full current ladder is below. The 2.5 and 5.5 mg reductions expire December 31, 2026. The highest two doses have a separate 45-day refill condition⁶⁸.

The table shows a 30-day supply. Lilly's retail self-pay card terms also cap fills: 11 per calendar year for Zepbound KwikPen and 10 for Foundayo, with cards expiring December 31, 2026⁹⁸. Those are card limits, not a promise of the same number or terms for every manufacturer-direct transaction. Confirm the route you intend to use before projecting a full year's bill.

Is TrumpRx cheaper than buying directly?

The currently published manufacturer cash prices match the offers described above. TrumpRx is useful for finding them in one place, but the evidence does not establish an additional TrumpRx-only reduction.

There is a distinct Wegovy subscription option through participating telehealth providers. Novo Nordisk announced a 12-month plan at $249 per month for standard pen doses and for the 9 or 25 mg pill doses. Shorter terms cost more per month. The company says terms vary by platform and introductory offers are separate¹⁰.

At the pill's $299 ongoing cash price, the $249 subscription difference is $50 per payment, or $600 across 12 payments before care fees. That is our arithmetic, not a guarantee of an all-inclusive annual bill. Compare the subscription's care fee, required commitment and cancellation rules before choosing it. Who can use these offers?

Commercial insurance: compare your plan's copay first. The $25 insured-card headlines are separate from the self-pay offers and have their own coverage requirements and savings caps. Paying cash outside insurance generally does not contribute to your deductible or out-of-pocket spending limits⁹⁸¹¹.

Government insurance: a blanket statement that every TrumpRx GLP-1 route excludes Medicare or Medicaid would be misleading. The Wegovy pill listing has conflicting wording: its short disclaimer excludes government beneficiaries, while its acceptance text describes self-pay use without insurance reimbursement¹. NovoCare's current self-pay terms expressly address Medicare and other government-insured patients using the offer outside their benefit; the pharmacist must not submit it as insurance spending¹¹. Confirm eligibility with NovoCare and the pharmacy rather than relying on the short TrumpRx disclaimer.

Lilly likewise separates its commercial savings cards from its self-pay programs. Foundayo's full self-pay eligibility requires an adult U.S. or Puerto Rico resident, an appropriate prescription, and no reimbursement or deductible credit from a third-party payer⁸. Select the correct program and read its full terms; the insured-card exclusions should not be copied onto every cash route.

How to compare your real cost

Ask for the price of your next prescribed dose, not just the starting dose. Then confirm the supply duration, refill deadline, separate clinician fees and what happens after December 31. Keep insurance, self-pay and subscriptions as separate quotes so that their different requirements remain clear.

Compounded programs may quote lower prices, but they supply a different, unapproved product and require a separate clinical and legal assessment.
