Auren Rx review

Almost every telehealth GLP-1 seller offers a discount for committing. Very few show you what you would pay if you did not. Auren Rx publishes both numbers side by side on every product it sells — an auto-refill rate and an explicit single-month rate — and in September 2026 it did something rarer still: dropped both GLP-1s to the same figure. Semaglutide and tirzepatide now cost the same $149 a month, which takes the most common upsell in this category off the table entirely.

The two-rung ladder, and the price cut

Standard semaglutide is $149 a month on auto-refill, or $179 for a single month with no auto-refill. Standard tirzepatide is the same two figures. The microdose track runs $129 and $149 on the same basis.¹

Every one of those is lower than it was in August, when semaglutide was $199 and $169 and tirzepatide $299 and $259. That is a cut of $50 on semaglutide and $150 on tirzepatide at the no-commitment rung, and it is why the two molecules now share one price.

We list the auto-refill figure as the standing rate and the single-month one beside it, because $30 is what keeping the right to walk away costs here, and the site says so itself. There is no three-month rung, no six-month rung, no annual plan and no introductory month anywhere on the site. Nothing is being divided by anything, which removes the single most common source of fake monthly prices; the teaser-rate trap covers what that failure normally looks like.

Six months of either molecule is $1,074 on single months against $894 on auto-refill — $180 for the right to stop, or $30 a month.

Where the headline price misleads

One trap matters for comparison shopping: the navigation and the cross-sell cards quote a floor from a different product line. The homepage prints NAD+ "from $125/mo" while the NAD+ page itself charges $179 on auto-refill and $209 for a single month. Nothing is fabricated; the heading is doing more work than the number can support.

In August the weight-loss page also loaded with tirzepatide already selected, and the price search engines pick up was the auto-refill rate rather than the single-month one. With both molecules now at $149 the first no longer matters; the second means a search result may show $149 where the no-commitment price is $179.

The microdose program is an actual program

Where most sellers mention microdosing as a line item, Auren Rx runs it as a named track with its own two-column price table across both molecules. At $129 on auto-refill and $149 for a single month it is one of the lower low-dose prices we have seen — and the $20 gap between it and the standard track is small enough that the choice can be made clinically rather than financially.

The caveat is clinical, not commercial, and it does not shrink because a company has built a checkout around it: no randomized trial has tested below-label GLP-1 dosing for any outcome. What the evidence actually supports on GLP-1 microdosing is the piece to read before the price tempts you into it.

The rest of the shelf

NAD+ is the deepest line here and it is priced on the same two-column basis: $179 a month on auto-refill or $209 for a single month, across injection, nasal spray and cream.¹ Sermorelin, glutathione, GHK-Cu, tretinoin and minoxidil sit alongside it. There is no research-chemical shelf and no retatrutide.

Product pages carry star ratings with no review count and no source attached, and a review total that does not match the "hundreds of members" claim beside it. We do not repeat either.

The states, and what still is not settled

The site's own questions now say Auren Rx serves patients in all 50 states through affiliated providers and pharmacy partners. Its terms still say some services are "only available to individuals located in certain states", and no list is published to settle which sentence governs. Confirm your state is covered before you pay.

The pharmacy is named — VialsRX, with a street address and a phone number. No 503A or 503B designation is stated for it.

The prescriber is where the disclosure now frays. The contact page and the questions name Wasef Health, PC and a physician behind it; the telehealth consent a patient signs names Beluga Health, P.A. instead. Two documents, two medical groups, and nothing on the site reconciles them. The corporate entity is Hades Capital LLC doing business as Auren RX, and it does publish a New York address.

One more thing to price before starting: the product pages and the refund policy advertise a free online visit, while the terms say the member is responsible for the cost of the initial online visit and any laboratory testing, and that neither is included in the membership fee. No figure is attached to either.

Billing and cancellation

The membership fee is charged the day membership commences, and it is non-refundable once paid. Membership begins after a provider communicates a care plan and you elect to proceed — so payment follows clinical review rather than preceding it, which is better than most programs we have priced.

Billing runs approximately every 28 to 30 days. That is disclosed, which is the whole difference between this and Vyvron's undisclosed four-week cycle — but at the short end of that range it is thirteen charges a year, about $1,937 rather than $1,788, and the marketing says "/mo" throughout. Cancellation is by email or in-account and stops all future charges; a pause is offered, with the caveat that eight or more consecutive weeks paused without a continuation review may end the membership outright.

FDA warning letters

The FDA has issued no warning letter to Auren Rx, its parent company or its medical group (checked August 2026).²

The verdict for a bargain hunter

On structure this is one of the cleanest price pages we have read: a single-month rung on everything, a disclosed billing cadence, one figure covering both molecules, and nothing to divide. On price the September cut moved it from mid-field to genuinely competitive — Trellis at $150 is now a dollar above it and Pepti at $109 every 28 days below. On disclosure it has improved and is still incomplete: a pharmacy is named, the states are claimed rather than listed and contradicted by its own terms, and two documents name two different medical groups. Budget thirteen charges a year at the short end of its own stated cycle.
