Rehydra+ Wellness review

Rehydra+ Wellness advertises GLP-1 memberships from $119 a month. You cannot buy one month. Every GLP-1 membership it sells is a six-month, explicitly non-cancelable contract — the phrase "valid for 6 months, non-cancelable" appears on the memberships page and again on each product page — so the smallest membership commitment is $714, and at the top of the tirzepatide range it is $2,514.¹ That is the headline. The rest is detail.

What the memberships really cost

The arithmetic is exactly six times the advertised rate, so the monthly figure is not padded. That is not the problem. The problem is that it is a division, not a price: there is no rung at which you can pay $119 once and stop. If treatment does not agree with you in week three, you owe the balance anyway.

We are not neutral about six-month lock-ins. The most common way a GLP-1 program goes wrong for a reader is that the drug turns out to be intolerable, or ineffective at their dose, or their circumstances change — and the single most valuable feature of a cheap program is the ability to leave it. The teaser-rate trap is about prices that change after you commit; this is the simpler version, where the price is real and the commitment is the cost.

The part of Rehydra+ that is honest, and cheap

There is a second way to buy, and it is genuinely better: one-time supply packs, with no membership and nothing to cancel.

Semaglutide four-week supplies run $149 at 0.25 mg weekly, $179 at 0.5 mg, $199 at 1.0 mg, $269 at 1.7 mg and $289 at 2.5 mg. Tirzepatide four-week supplies run $219 at 2.5 mg, $249 at 5 mg, $319 at 7.5 mg, $449 at 10 mg, $629 at 12.5 mg and $649 at 15 mg.¹ Eight-week packs exist for every dose and twelve-week packs for most, at proportionally lower rates; tirzepatide at 10 mg and 12.5 mg has no twelve-week option.

Those are real, purchasable, walk-away prices, and at the starting dose $149 for four weeks is competitive with a lot of the field. Note the unit: four weeks is a supply length, not a billing month, so at 1.0 mg you are looking at roughly $199 every four weeks — thirteen refills a year if you stay on it, the same arithmetic that undoes Vyvron's headline rate.

What is not disclosed

No pharmacy is named anywhere. The site refers to "our pharmacy partner" and stops. For compounded injectables sold from a shopping cart, that is the disclosure that matters most, and how to verify a compounding pharmacy is legitimate is a checklist you cannot run without a name.

The company says it serves patients in 20 states. It never lists them. The only state names on the site are a checkout dropdown containing all 50, which is not a served-states list.

The site claims certification in its copy, but the badge is an image that links to a keyword search rather than to a certificate, and no verifiable seal appears anywhere on the site. Treat the claim as unverified: we could neither confirm nor disprove it.

Three clinicians are named: John H. Hamilton, MD as medical director, Angie Tuzson, NP, and Jared Folwell, MD. None publishes an NPI, so none can be checked against the federal registry. The corporate entity is given as RealHealth Ventures PLLS doing business as Rehydra+ Wellness, at a street address in San Antonio, Texas ("PLLS" is the site's own spelling).

The rest of the catalog

Twenty-three products. Alongside the GLP-1 line there is a peptide shelf — BPC-157, BPC-157 with TB-500, KPV, MOTS-c, sermorelin, tesamorelin, GHK-Cu and two blends — and a testosterone SKU sold as an ordinary cart item at $399 for ten weeks.

Two things there are worth flagging. Rehydra+ sells oral BPC-157, oral KPV and oral tesamorelin as routes. Oral bioavailability for those compounds is not established, and buying a peptide in a form that may not survive digestion is a straightforward way to pay for nothing. And the peptide line overlaps heavily with compounds currently under federal review for compounding eligibility, which is a moving target rather than a settled one.

Money mechanics

You pay at checkout, before a provider reviews your intake, and the refund policy does not clearly address what happens if you are not approved. There are no returns or refunds on prescription or compounded medication once it ships.

Financing is offered through Cherry, with a 2.99% processing fee on credit-card down payments — disclosed on the payment-plan page and nowhere else. On a $1,374 six-month membership, financed, that fee is a real line item that never appears next to the $229 headline.

FDA warning letters

The FDA has issued no warning letter to Rehydra+ Wellness or the company behind it (checked August 2026).² Whatever else is wrong here, that is not.

The verdict for a bargain hunter

Ignore the membership prices entirely. They are advertised in a unit you cannot purchase, and behind them sits a six-month contract you are told outright you cannot cancel. If Rehydra+ interests you at all, the only option worth considering is the one-time supply pack ↗, where $149 buys four weeks of low-dose semaglutide with nothing to escape from afterward — and even then you are buying from a seller that will not tell you which pharmacy is compounding it or which twenty states it operates in.
